Pros
* Learn exciting new things, AR/VR
* Have got AR/VR setup in office to try out new things
* At some point in the future, this could be big. But management isn't sure of when or how. [Beating around the same bush]
Cons
* Work on existing web frameworks on a day to day basis, than cutting edge.
* No work/life balance.
* Employees are use and throw, no regard for employees.
* Consistently hire interns at low pay to complete product related work, leading to bad quality code.
* They don't meet their deadlines, but expect employees to.
* There is always a Reality Distortion Field at play [This isn't good]
* CXO's have skin in the game, and will do day and night work; and will expect emp's do the same.
* Employees don't hold CXO's in high regard.
* CXO's say company is a valley company, but culture is totally MNC like.
