Pros

Hybrid model, WFH option, nice co-workers

Cons

• Senior management is horrible. • Overwork and no concept of work-life balance. • Highly demotivating seniors. They are literally bullies. • Anywhere you work, it is important that you receive constructive feedback. But in Scatter, they will give you feedback in such a way that you will feel horrible about your skills, your education and yourself. They will ruin your self-worth and make you feel that you cannot be employed. By the time you leave Scatter, you will be totally demotivated. It is only after you leave Scatter that you will gain back your self-worth. I am grateful to God that now I am working in a company that values and motivates me. My seniors are excellent and my senior manager is so nice. You need good seniors who can guide you properly to move ahead and prosper in your career. If you want to work with TOXIC seniors and an unhealthy work environment, then I will definitely recommend going and working in Scatter.

Pros

1) What I loved most about Scatter was being able to talk to just about anyone! Management does not have any airs about themselves and you do not have to jump through multiple hoops to be heard. 2) You have the opportunity here to suggest new ways of doing things or try out something different. Doesn't really matter what level you've joined in at. 3) Scatter does some really good work across their roster of clients and yes, while some days are heavier than others, you'll learn lots along the way. This is also one of the ONLY companies/agencies that give folks an annual break at the end of the year. It's a proper reset mentally and physically, and works wonders :)

Cons

none come to mind at the moment
