Excellent place to be - Sales Scenario Learning Employee Review

The work is meaningful; we're making a positive difference in schools and workplaces every day. That is a really great feeling. The people are great. There are lots of opportunity for growth here. I've honestly learned more here than I did in all my years at college or other workplaces. The company is growing rapidly, so the sky's the limit for career growth. The benefits are spectacular.

None worth sharing. It really is a great place. I guess the only con that I can think of is that I'd have unrealistic workplace expectations if I ever left :)

Great environment, friendly, very positive and encouraging, open to creativity. Community is warm and inviting, and the offered benefits and PTO time is excellent. Because it is a younger company and is small enough for lots of people to be involved with its development, there is a lot of room to shape its processes and future, which can be exciting. The culture is very energetic, collaborative and healthy.

Not great organization or communication regarding career opportunities (not saying there aren't any, it's just not generally made clear or understood); there is also some nepotism and some lack of consistent, organized performance evaluation, especially for individuals who have been working at the company for a long time. However, these are small things that don't really negate any of the positives, and are probably problems found in a lot of other offices.
