Pros
- Hybrid work policy, save time and energy that goes in travelling everyday - Decent culture, not great but better than a few of my past companies - You do get good learning opportunity but it differs from team to team so your luck and your TL decides if you learn or just sit there doing tedious work - Was lucky to get a good TL so i did learn a lot.
Cons
- In the last 6–7 months, the quality of work and culture in the company have gone down severely. Most of the clients are unhappy, and the old blue-chip ones are leaving. - The managers are so biased towards one team that all new projects are handed over to their fav TLs and other team is often ignored to the core that you self doubt thinking 'ARE YOU NOT GOOD ENOUGH?!' - Instead of layoffs, they've restructured the company such that indirectly, they are making the most hardworking employees leave by holding onto their appraisals and promotions. - They have also started replacing quality by quantity (how do you ask? By hiring Jr level employees at half the pay) - The most creative of the creative brands are giving feedback that the quality of work is DEGRADING with every passing day but they are so focused on 'indirectly' laying off (because they over-hired) that no one cares to look at client satisfaction
