1moThank you so much! We’ve started a lot of careers over the years at Schellman. We have a CEO that grew her career internally from a senior leader and became head of the firm, executives that have been here for the bulk of their career, and just last year, a record number of promotions across the firm.
For the past three to five years we’ve been in a period of high growth. It’s understandable that a phase like this brings change when you’re trying to scale an organization.
