Pros
Excellent pay Supervisors are available for assistance and support Great benefits (medical, dental, vision w/401K match Occasional business travel Company retreats, picnics, luncheons, and raffles Salary benefits but they do pay overtime (1.5x your estimated hourly rate) Opportunity to earn quarterly bonuses (up to 4% of your annual salary) Supply any office supplies you may request Paid time off Paid sick leave
Cons
Amount of work asked to complete is beyond achievable (you will never be caught up) Requirements needed to meet your full bonus are nearly impossible(you will receive partial bonuses though) Supervisors are helpful however they will not stick up for you to the managers...EVER Managers over the course of time, are working harder and harder to micro-manage their employees If you do not pull your weight, you will be let go. If fired, they will fight unemployment benefits HR provides no support and makes it clear that you are being a nuisance if you do go to them for any reason You will NEVER be promoted if you do not have at least a 4 year college degree DO NOT MAKE WAVES! While it is usually a comfortable and drama free environment, should you speak out for any reason that management doesn’t like, you will have a target on your back while they slowly work on letting you go
