Pros
They expose you to many different aspects of the company/jobs which helps in visualizing.
Cons
They don't have a training program and just start throwing things at you. They will teach you each thing, but they don't have an organized teaching method in place. They WILL over-work you to benefit them. They don't appreciate your contributions or long hours. They have a lot of "favorites" and even if those favorites mess something up, they will not do anything about it. Instead, they will find someone else to fix the mess up and not show any consideration towards that. I was overworked for 3 months only to get laid off as soon as I fixed many things a "favorite" higher up messed up. Then they did not want to pay me all my vacation days I had accumulated. All my respect for this company was by far lost.
