Flexible work time as long as you're here 9-4, and it's possible to work remote couple of days a week. Some older employees managed to work all remotely from different states. But working in the office is more fun. Significant presence of younger generation and employees from diverse ethnicities. If you are a woman/ identify as a woman and want some great women leadership to look up to, this is your place. Competitive salary, overtime, and benefits sharing at least couple times a year. Maternity and paternity leave. The aspect I like the most is growth opportunities and the way leadership motivates younger staff to get licensed and explore future possibilities of leadership. Very future oriented business development.
Cons
You have to manage multiple projects at the same time and often end up doing a bunch of overtime. Personally I don't mind that as the overtime pay is pretty good and work is satisfactory. Medical insurance can do a LOT better. PTO hours should be way more for younger staff, they pull off 90% of the production work with overtime. This would help avoiding burnouts and health issues. More design projects and involving younger staff in early design phase through design charrettes would be much appreciated.
