Great company culture overall, but success in the role depends heavily on bringing an existing book of business. New‑business leads are limited, and opportunities can feel unevenly distributed.

Cons

They will bring new sales hires on to see what early traction they can generate, but if you’re not producing within six months, they may let you go—even though the sales cycle typically takes 6–10 months.

Pros

Dedicated local account, driver leaders are nice, equipment is decent.

Cons

$12/hr on duty, not driving pay. That’s ridiculous and includes everything except driving. Work can be inconsistent at times, hours can be long, no holiday or mileage bonus pay for a long time after hire, benefits are expensive. Schneider won’t allow drivers to use Bluetooth or any other hands-free device, INCLUDING HEARING AIDS, to receive calls while driving. This makes having a life outside of work and scheduling appointments almost impossible.
