Pros

Good benefits. Raises are not worth it if you even get one

Cons

If you don’t get on your leaders good side or don’t seem to “fit” in they will literally be against you. Company is all about growing you which is the biggest joke around. They will keep you on your team if you are good to not loose you. Not much growth at all. Very condescending on their core values.

Pros

Dedicated local account, driver leaders are nice, equipment is decent.

Cons

$12/hr on duty, not driving pay. That’s ridiculous and includes everything except driving. Work can be inconsistent at times, hours can be long, no holiday or mileage bonus pay for a long time after hire, benefits are expensive. Schneider won’t allow drivers to use Bluetooth or any other hands-free device, INCLUDING HEARING AIDS, to receive calls while driving. This makes having a life outside of work and scheduling appointments almost impossible.
