-Everyone is underpaid, but this is easier to swallow with the cost of living adjustment and bonuses -Its a startup that is trying to run like a much larger company so there can be some growing pains -PTO policy could be better for new employees.

Emphasis on learning and growing team members. AGILE work environment. Pay raises to match contribution as well as inflation (especially this year) Senior team that has been with the company for years and always looking to help teach and lead.

Not many cons overall. If you are looking for full remote this would be a tough go. A lot of hands on with hardware and software testing.
