Pros
You learn a lot, that is pretty much it. You can learn better from a company that treats their clients and workers equally and with respect. Avoid this company at all costs unless you want to get stuck with them for 3 years like a military contract.
Cons
The owner makes you sign a 3 year contract to scare you from working with any other I.T. Company within 100 miles of the courthouse, You also are forced to pay the company 2 months Salary for the supposed damages that occur when you only give a 2 week notice. (the owner is a millionaire, he just wants you to stay working for the company so he can under pay you and not have to find more expensive techs, He compares this to "if you wreck a car you have to pay the damages"). The owner will then make you feel bad and take all the credit for your hard work when leaving and makes sure to inform you how your new company will lay you off and you will "come back begging for a job". During the hiring process they explain to you the low salary will be compensated with project bonuses, within the 3 years i was there i had 2 projects and was only paid for 1 of them... You work a 9 hour shift with a horrible lunch because management will bug you during that as well. Work life balance is horrible, you will get stuck on call every 3 weeks and you get no form of compensation for that no matter how much work you put in. All together I would avoid this place at all costs, wait the extra few weeks, get that 1 extra certification and go with a company who will value you and your time. It is worth it I promise
