Flexible! Paid weekly. Pay can be better than other flexible work. They work with an app that keeps things organized.
Cons
Not knowing if you're going to work that day. If you're not an early morning person, like me, it's difficult to be ready to work when you don't know if you'll work and they you're not ready when they need someone...to be fair that is the point of the position, so not necessarily the companies fault but the communication can be better with planning.
