Hi, thanks for your review. It certainly gives food for thought. We have been working with colleagues over the last 18 months as we have developed our story of change. We knew following the launch of our new strategy that we could not remain the organisation we were. We have also felt the external pressures of rising costs. We have begun the journey of change. I would be particularly interested if you would care to share your thoughts on where transparency and accountability could be improved.
