- Lots of Interesting and complex projects to work on - Building apps from scratch means designing and working with different technologies - Great support network with 121s each week and time for professional development - Frequent feedback with the space to learn from mistakes - Collaborative and supportive dev culture focused on learning - Flexible and remote working I had an amazing time at Scorchsoft and took a huge amount of valuable experience including what a good work culture looks like.

- At times can be a high pressure environment working on shorter projects - Having to move on from your favourite project when it finishes
