Pros
Everyone gets extended health and dental benefits after the first three months. The "front of house" management is very helpful and accommodating to time off requests or personal issues should they arise. Generally a really nice place to work for. It's usually always busy so if you're a server or bartender you make good money. Staff is really friendly and are generally all friends or hangout together after work/ on days off. Great way to build friendships through work if that's important to you.
Cons
For any hosts, servers or bartenders there aren't that many cons. But the managers here are a bit overworked and doesn't seem to be too much of a work-life balance for them. Long hours in general for staff and management, no time for breaks/sitting down as is the case for most restaurants/bars.
