We’re certainly proud of the people and tools that power what we do. At the same time, we hear your concerns around sales opportunities, support, and what it takes to succeed here. That’s important feedback. Our goal is always to foster career development by empowering employees to explore growth opportunities within their roles, and peer learning is a big part of that, along with support through feedback, performance goals, and clear career paths. But it’s clear from your experience that we don’t always get this right, and that’s something we continue to work on. We also take concerns around fairness and access to opportunities seriously. Sales is a challenging environment, and consistent access to the right resources, whether that’s leads, events, or support, plays a big role in setting people up for success. Creating a more level playing field across the team is something we’re continuously evaluating and working to improve. Thank you for raising your concerns around the lack of opportunities here.
