Pros
If there's one thing that stands above the rest with this company, it's the people. Almost everybody loves what they do and loves coming in to work. Has provided me with invaluable experience that would've rather been unattainable without a degree or prior experience. Absolutely astounding product and I can't say enough about the people.
Cons
The thermal imaging division, formerly known as ISG Infrasys, was acquired by Scott Safety in November 2014. They had been acquired by Tyco International, who is now undergoing a merger with Johnson Controls in order to evade taxes. Needless to say, there are so many levels of management and when issues arise they're often not taken seriously until it becomes a problem for someone else. While I'm grateful for the pay increase they had given me, I still feel like many people are undervalued by [upper] management.
