Awful first time accounting experience - Anonymous employee Scott, Stackrow & Co., CPAs Employee Review

Refused to give bonuses after tax season after us working over 60 hours a week. Provided little to no training. Constantly dismissed employee complaints, partners would scream at employees, and make passive aggressive comments if employees left before the last partner left (who would stay past 9PM). When it was very cold inside, comments were made about not paying us to stay warm. Employees were yelled at for standing up and stretching during tax season and that they shouldn't be leaving their seat. Many other horrible experiences. Awful company to work for, even if it's just for 1 year to gain experience.
