Little to no support or training given. Sink or swim mentality. Almost no one finishes the AMM program. It's luck of the draw if you get a good manager or not. You will get emails and chats with urgent requests after 5pm and on weekends. The CEO is wildly inappropriate- his actions are covered up by HR. Petty and spiteful gossip is common. You will be overworked for your pay. The stress this job causes is not worth it. Everyone in brand marketing is varying degrees of miserable.
