      - Company’s leadership does not show an appreciation for employees like before - No clear career path for an engineer - Company strategy and plans changes a lot and all plans have to change to adapt

      Great, supportive team and friendly atmosphere within the team. Opportunities to grow. New office.

      Certain individuals in other teams have a problem with professional communication and it can get quite emotional which was disturbing the peace and company atmosphere.
