      Pros

      This is a great company to work for if you are aiming for work-life balance. The team is amazing, people care, and I was very happy working here. The benefits are amazing! And micromanagement is minimal.

      Cons

      Not much in regards to career growth, small title changes but you will need to jump ship to really grow

      Pros

      Scribe was a fantastic place to work and LEARN to work better. Founders were direct and blunt, which is a style you either loved or didn't. Personally, I loved it.

      Cons

      It was a startup at the time - lot of hours and work, but a TON of learning. Some folks didn't like the management style being so direct, but more of a cultural thing vs. actually rude, etc.
