      Pros

      Employers were eager to train employees. They were also flexible with the training schedule.

      Cons

      I felt the overall training process was quite redundant and not enough focus was aimed at floor training. When you factor in the hours, poor pay, and limited growth I quickly realized it wasn't worth it.

      Pros

      Application was easy to access on the phone and laptop. I loved how the interview was a recorded video made things less nerve racking.

      Not being able to talk to someone face to face about the job

      It was a valuable experience that set me up to pursure higher education.

      Cons

      At the time I was starting at the company there was a lot of turnover which caused multiple issues with onboarding.
