Flexible Schedule. Management experience. Great training. My manager is fantastic. Get to work closely with physicians.

ER Schedule so you work overnights.

Pros

Application was easy to access on the phone and laptop. I loved how the interview was a recorded video made things less nerve racking.

Not being able to talk to someone face to face about the job

It was a valuable experience that set me up to pursure higher education.

Cons

At the time I was starting at the company there was a lot of turnover which caused multiple issues with onboarding.
