      -Paid training period -Get to make connections with physicians

      Cons

      -Inconsistent hours -Do not get paid enough for this job -Disorganized -They do everything in their power to delay any sort of raise -Non-compete clause -They charge the providers/hospital twice as much as they pay you -Tedious work

      Pros

      Application was easy to access on the phone and laptop. I loved how the interview was a recorded video made things less nerve racking.

      Not being able to talk to someone face to face about the job
