-I waited a year after my application was sent before anyone got back to me about the interview.
-The training and hiring process was unorganized and ridiculously long. I was hired in September and I did not finish training until February. I had to wait a long time for people to get back to me about my status and I was never sure when I was going to move on to my next step. Also, they don't tell you when they "hire" you that you're not officially hired until you finish your bedside training so they can reserve the right to fire you whenever they feel like your work isn't on par with their expectation, which is fine if they train you properly and prepare you to reach their expectations, but they don't. I was sent to bedside training before I finished my previous in class trainings, therefore I felt really unprepared and inadequate when I was on the floor.
Additionally, the pay is really low for the amount of work that you do and the hours you have to commit. You could potentially do a 12 hour shift and not take any breaks.
