11yThe ScribeAmerica paid training program has proven enormously successful over the course of the company's growth, and is constantly being updated based on changing needs. Those employees with the responsibility of training others are regularly evaluated for continued competency and quality assurance. Training locations are varied based on the facility's availability, and at times leadership will change the training environment for the benefit of the employees. A certain portion of the training program certainly places the burden on the employee to be engaged, maintain focus, self-teach, and retain the applicable material. Though some employees may not see the value of the classroom training portion of the program, it is essential in building the foundations of successful floor training (or clinical training) due to the focus on medical terminology, orientation to the industry, and practice scenarios. Success in our training program is directly correlated to the commitment of the employee to learn in even the most challenging of environments - after all, medical facilities are fast-paced and dynamic environments that change dramatically and frequently. Only those employees who can successfully navigate through perceived distractions and deficiencies will find success as a medical scribe and be suitable for a potential future career in the medical field.
