low HMO coverage, no HMO for dependents, tends to put emphasis on extracurricular activities so that you'll be visible to the managers (more visibility = higher chance for promotion), no yearly increase, no yearly bonus, low salary compared to other BPO companies, there are teams asked to report to the office at least once a month which defeats the "wfh" set up (for those residing outside Pampanga, transportation cost is not reimburseable) managers are too client-centric, encourages speaking up but when you speak up managers will take it against you, poor workload
