IT Leadership is very toxic here which starts from the very top. No career planning at all and no growth opportunities. They expect you to pick up anything and everything regardless of what you are experienced in. It’s about the volume of work and never about experience new and exciting things. There’s always the what-have-you-done-for-me-lately attitude. You are expected to work very long hours and weekends. Otherwise you are looked upon as a slacker. It’s a glorified sweatshop. I would advise any sane person to stay far away from this place.
