Pros

Able to leave as needed to take care of my family. Health benefits if you cover only yourself are great. Time off benefits are great. There has been an improvement in clearly outlining goals for the year and clearly stating expectations. There is a strong push to clearly document processes to create a more uniform environment. Love that you are allowed to make mistakes as long as you learn and move on from them. This creates a culture of creativity and innovation.

Cons

The work life balance is not universal around the bank. Your immediate supervisor greatly affects that balance. Communication from top leaders down through the rankings could still use improvement.

Pros

Good salary, excellent location, WFH available.

Cons

Organization suffers from poor management. Employees are often frustrated because of frequent staff departures. HR hiring process is lengthy and results in many candidates dropping out. The result is a very small group of longtime employees that do not produce. Some are overworked. Some are inefficient.
