Pros

There is decent money to be made as an SDR here. There is also a chance to get promoted quickly but that can change in the blink of an eye.

Cons

Although this company is a start up, the rapid changes to the org chart and structure can be extremely exhausting. You get promoted if you make a lot of noise. If you’re the type to let your numbers prove your worth, this isn’t the place for you. You will be making 400+ dials every day from Pre made lists and basically using the “spray and pray” method to connect with the right people. The “whatever it takes” attitude turns into a grind culture in which people will work weekends and late nights during the weeks. If you aren’t working all hours of the day you will not be noticed or promoted. Benefits are mediocre as well as 10 days PTO with no sick days allocated. Also, they strictly sell on being cheaper than their main competitors which is a big red flag. It is basically ran like a fraternity causing even some of the best sales people to burn out within 6 months. Make sure to do your due diligence before joining this company and know what you’re getting in to!

Pros

- can be a fun work environment with good peers that are other sdrs - learned how to talk on phone

Cons

- stresssful work environment - fires all of their sdrs or lays them off - terrible higher management above the SDR managers - terrible data and expects sdrs to figure it out - gives no help above upper management - ceo and upper management post “don’t lay off employees that don’t produce, the churn and burn doesn’t work” yet THEY CHURN AND BURN. They don’t even know what’s going on in their own company. - constant stress about getting fired the next month - a lot of threats about getting fired
