Pros

fully remote, training group can be fun

Cons

Where do I even start.....this is more like a telemarketing position. You're making 500-700 dials a day on a dialer filled with incorrect phone numbers that lead you to the wrong person, or most of the time just a voicemail. They micromanage you like crazy and have insane quota expectations. They will tell you that you are doing fine if you are below quota, but what they don't tell you is that you will be fired for not being at 100% quota. I was 1 meeting away from my quota and was let go that same day. They instantly shut down my equipment and accounts. What kind of business does this to new hires? People who are learning? Not everyone can exceed quota by 200% in their first month, some of us need ramp-up time to succeed. Oh well, this company doesn't care about their employees (especially SDR's who they will replace every month or so). They mass hire SDR's on a weekly basis, which is a huge red flag. The "bro culture" is weird and the company is FULL of 22 year old's who have no experience, mixed with middle-aged managers who wish to be young again. STAY AWAY for your own good.

Pros

- can be a fun work environment with good peers that are other sdrs - learned how to talk on phone

Cons

- stresssful work environment - fires all of their sdrs or lays them off - terrible higher management above the SDR managers - terrible data and expects sdrs to figure it out - gives no help above upper management - ceo and upper management post “don’t lay off employees that don’t produce, the churn and burn doesn’t work” yet THEY CHURN AND BURN. They don’t even know what’s going on in their own company. - constant stress about getting fired the next month - a lot of threats about getting fired
