Pros

Pretty laid back environment. Most of the day is in Zoom rooms with your co workers.

Cons

- Upper management is out of touch with the SDR day to day. -v This work is draining. Morale is low and retention is very very low. It seems to be a hire to fire type of environment. -In my time with the company an average of 5 people were fired every month. I was hired with 15 other people and only 6 were left after the first month. - I feel like I was a victim of a bait and switch technique. -I was told I could expect $85k-110k OTE when majority of SDRs are making around $60k. -Only the top 3-4 people are doing 6 figures. -Very easy to be fired. Quota is unrealistic and stress is very high every month.

Pros

- can be a fun work environment with good peers that are other sdrs - learned how to talk on phone

Cons

- stresssful work environment - fires all of their sdrs or lays them off - terrible higher management above the SDR managers - terrible data and expects sdrs to figure it out - gives no help above upper management - ceo and upper management post “don’t lay off employees that don’t produce, the churn and burn doesn’t work” yet THEY CHURN AND BURN. They don’t even know what’s going on in their own company. - constant stress about getting fired the next month - a lot of threats about getting fired
