Pros

Nothing worth mentioning/ be prepared

Cons

I left a pretty honest review on December 26. I recommended the SDR program be revamped. I was disappointed on LinkedIn to see that they are hiring 50 new SDR’s. This appears to be a pretty vicious cycle. I was one of the 50 SDRs hired last summer and only a small handful remains. Hiring 50 fresh out of college students every summer, forcing them to pay for their own computer and not supporting them. It’s disappointing. I see that this vicious cycle continues. If you were thinking about joining this company, please ask them why they’re hiring 50 SDRs and the answer is not for growth. Ask them what happened to the 50 SDR’s they hired last summer and why they were not supported and are no longer working for this company. I recommend only taking this job if it’s a last resort.

Pros

- can be a fun work environment with good peers that are other sdrs - learned how to talk on phone

Cons

- stresssful work environment - fires all of their sdrs or lays them off - terrible higher management above the SDR managers - terrible data and expects sdrs to figure it out - gives no help above upper management - ceo and upper management post “don’t lay off employees that don’t produce, the churn and burn doesn’t work” yet THEY CHURN AND BURN. They don’t even know what’s going on in their own company. - constant stress about getting fired the next month - a lot of threats about getting fired
