      -People working at this organization are great human beings -Availability and access to senior and executive level people who are open-minded - CEO is well rounded and COO has strong leadership which is great for a top performers looking to work at this company

      -not your average 9-5 job, in order to be successful in this role you do need to be available around the clock (it is sales!)
