Hire and Fire system - Content Analyst Searce Employee Review

I worked almost more than 10 hours per day and I have taken video calls, meeting requests at night, some at the most crucial moments of my life. The HR asks for MIS and work done and doesn't even check it and gives your work a negative review. The CEO fired two people in a meeting abruptly, when one of them was genuinely sick. Worst company to work at if you are not a person who works to earn and run your household during the exact working hours. Even worst if you're not the CEO's 'follower'. My teammates and manager used to talk behind his back a lot and they were very friendly in front of him. You're welcomed here if you're two-faced. The company is toxic. Run.
