Pros
Look, it is easy for people to write awful reviews about a company when they didn't do well and were let go or quit because it wasn't a fit for them. This company has grown A LOT since I started with them 2+ years ago. Yes, you do have to work hard to be successful here, yes you do have to be able to take constructive criticism, yes you have to be committed to becoming better to work here. The company has an awesome location-right in Uptown Charlotte, laid back office (music playing throughout the day, everyone sits together so it is easy to communicate, no punching in/out), SUPER flexible when you have personal issues to handle outside of the office, we all like to have a good time with each other, we always strive and brainstorm on how we can be better, there are a lot of incentives that we like to hit as a team. And yes, to everyone else's post-we have dogs in the office, snacks, drinks, put put greens, pin ball machines, etc. We also do monthly happy hours to socialize outside of the office which are a lot of fun! We mess around with each other in a friendly manner, we shout out each other whenever someone does something good! It's just all around a great atmosphere. I have seen this company at it's worse and I can HONESTLY say, this is the best SSG has ever been and it's only headed up!
Cons
Hours are longer than the average work day (745-530) to some folks, but as you start getting successful here, it almost becomes addicting to work harder. I come into the office early (7:15-7:30) and leave at 5:30 unless I have something that NEEDS to get done, to be with my family and not ONCE have I been shunned for it.
