Pros
Great teammates. Very helpful and supportive. Compensation is pretty decent. Work is relatively flexible given the startup nature of the company. PH team leads are approachable and knowledgeable.
Cons
Execs keep changing up the direction of the company, but refuse to go all in on one direction, ending up in mass confusion among employees and processes. Also given the startup nature of the company, there is little structure. All processes, workflows and training are done ad hoc, created by local team leads with almost no input from the Canada team. No benefits save for paid time off and a meager internet allowance. People support infrastructure is nonexistent--any concerns regarding employment and compensation are met with annoyance from the chief of staff (we don't even have a PTO tracker, and salaries are not scheduled in advance)
