- Base training on the company system could be updated - Sales training close to non-existent - Pay for roles is lower than comparitive roles at similar companies

I joined SearchFlow in 2022 on the Order Fulfilment team. Through regular 121s and honest conversations with my manager, after eight months, I was progressed into my current role of Quality and Training Administrator. This role had never been done historically and I felt empowered and believed in that I could do this! The support offered to me from training and regular catch ups with my manager has filled me with confidence in my role. I really enjoy the hybrid working and love coming into the office at the beginning of the week. There is free parking onsite which removes any parking worries! Our morale team put on a variety of events throughout the year which I love being a part of. If you are a people person and are driven to learn then SearchFlow is the best place to work!
