I appreciate the candid feedback. While it's heartening to hear about the positive impact our new Sales Manager is having, the concerns raised about our culture are taken seriously.
First, I want to acknowledge the specific criticism regarding my leadership style. I recognize that my direct communication style may not always resonate with everyone, and I'm committed to reflecting on this feedback and adapting my approach. My intention has always been to drive excellence and empower our team, but I understand that my methods may have inadvertently created a negative perception.
Second, we are actively working to address the issues raised around onboarding, training, and support. Now that we have the right Sales Manager in place, I am confident that are on a strong path to enhancing our sales enablement and fostering a more collaborative and supportive environment.
Finally, I want to reiterate that we value our employees and are dedicated to creating a positive work environment where everyone feels respected, supported, and motivated.
