Pros
You get a chance to work with some of the exceptional brewers and breweries in Seattle. The tourists are fun, engaging and love listening to all of the random beer trivia throughout the tour. If you want to work 70+ hours a week, you'll make good money.
Cons
Terrible ownership and management. I had originally began working here under the assumption it was a part time job. I had specifically asked for 20 hours a week and was hired based on that. Extremely high turnover rate and perceived backstabbing by the owner lead to difficult work conditions and added stress to a job that should have been a fun experience. Just ask some of the breweries how they feel about this company. It will be the most telling of examples of why no to go to work for this company.
