Great team, friendly and supportive atmosphere. Team members are always willing to provide helping hand and collaborate. Supportive so if honest mistakes are made viewed as learning and growth experience which is important for developing innovation.
Cons
Smaller organization so sometimes responsibilities change and roles aren't super clearly defined but can be hard to do when the team is small and everyone is pitching in.
Paid hourly so flexible with needing to leave early/arrive late for doctor's offices, childcare, etc.
Cons
Small nonprofit so lots of overlap in roles and responsibilities, not enough management but also may not have had resources to hire more..did get a range of experiences
