Pros
Independent work, off on major holidays, nice colleagues, nice working space, come in .. work and go home for the most part
Cons
Not enough pay for the amount of work they will assign you. Hard to get a raise as theirs no annual reviews or yearly raises so you’ll have to ask, your performance means nothing as they think your incentive for your hard work is the commission you make which is why getting a salary raise is hard. No HR department and if they tell you there is, it’s the bosses wife who runs the back office, so good luck if you have any issues because you’ll be on your own. Boss will act like your friend but trust me, he is not. Small office so everyone will know your business regardless of what it is. Management can’t manage, certain rules only apply to a few and not all. Taking time off is a process and they treat time off like it’s a luxury and not time you’ve earned and are owed. They don’t pay for your lunch hour so hours are from 8-445 so a longer day then most jobs. Overall I would not recommend as you can clearly see the cons out way the pros
