Pros
Flexible schedule and company benefits (botanic Garden pass, gym, free Friday lunches) Some good researchers and engineers. Comfortable location of the office (close to the station)
Cons
1) Hostile attitude from some managers (including shouting and cursing). 2) Company has started as heavily research oriented. With time passed it has become more customer oriented, and fields this company decided to go leave quite small opportunity for good publications. 3) Has a lot of bottlenecks in terms of operating procedures.
