Pros
Office snacks were provided which was a nice perk. Co-workers on my team and in other departments were supportive and fun to work with on a day-to-day basis.
Cons
Workload was consistently high, with frequent shifts in priorities that created a reactive work environment. Communication from leadership was not consistent, which made expectations unclear at times. Hiring decisions impacting my team were made without my awareness, limiting visibility and alignment.
Internal processes felt underdeveloped for a long-established organization, which led to inefficiencies. Compensation and advancement opportunities did not align with increasing responsibilities.
