Pros
For the most part, the people that work at Sector 7 are moderately friendly and helpful.
Cons
This job pays in commissions only, which you're told upfront, but never really told in detail just how little you'll actually be making. They tell you that it will be slow at first and it'll pick up after a few months but realistically that's unacceptable in this economy. There's a pretty steep learning curve in sales which is to be expected but the staff can be very manipulative about what and how they teach sales principles. It's like their process is based on numbers, quotas, and quantity rather than good quality work. Everything is rushed and has this extreme urgency. Then they have the nerve to ask employees to stay after work sometimes for training. For a job that only pays in commissions, there is a lot of unnecessary, unpaid work that is required which is why Sector 7 should provide a base salary to its employees.
