Pros
It's a job that exists. Co-workers are generally ok, I hope those that find it difficult to leave find a better opportunity elsewhere. Makes you want to better yourself, and run away from this company.
Cons
Leadership is dreadfully childish. Pay is way below what they expect out of you. You won't be treated with dignity or respect. Ironically the lower on the rung the better the people, and higher the worse. You will be retaliated against no matter if you are right or wrong depending on the erratic mood of management. Management is uncoordinated and inept.
