Our team is currently implementing an extremely transparent hiring process to ensure we leave no room for miscommunicating information related to the job responsibilities, benefits, remuneration, and work approach. We’re constantly polishing our internal process to build a work environment where employees feel appreciated and are inspired to reshape the world with us and make it more privacy-centered. We’re excited to share that our HR department has already introduced new initiatives connected to creating a Personal Development Plan for each employee based on their performance, expectations, and career goals.
