      People are nice to work with

      Cons

      Micro managers - force you into the office. No worklife balance. Pay and benefits - really poor, lowest offered. Sales driven, no one outside sales gets rewarded. Spend money on outrageous things and not employees. Never feel valued here. One rule for some, and one rule for others.

      Pros

      Company is focused on supporting its employees and always looking out for them. Such a positive work environment with lots of grown happening. Really help develop skills and provide all the tools needed to succeed

      Cons

      Super busy with customer demand so sometimes feels very hectic Due to business can sometime feel less supported and distant especially in the engineering team
