Archaic management and exec structure, fuelled by an excess of aggressive masculine energy. Constant lack of planning/organisation, leading to delivery failures and unnecessary stress. Failures to deliver on role promotions, salary uplifts and role changes on time, if at all. No performance management or subsequent actions for performance failure.
